How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the App Store app on your iPhone → tap your profile picture in the top right → Subscriptions → Turn the Leaf → Cancel Subscription. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Settings in the app → scroll to Privacy & Data → Delete Account. Type DELETE to confirm. All your data is permanently removed within 30 days. This cannot be undone.

Is my data private?

Yes. We never sell your data, never share it with advertisers, and never store your name or location. Your check-in data is encrypted and only accessible to your account. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The app isn't working — what should I do?

Force-close the app by swiping it away from the app switcher, then reopen it. If the issue persists, email us at support@turntheleafapp.com with your device model and iOS version and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
